HOSTED GROUPS is a no-cost benefit, exclusively for Statesman’s Concierge Pass holders, which allows you to host your own private group — or join an existing group — and enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime shared experience within the historic Countdown 250 Gala.
Each Hosted Group enjoys a dedicated gathering space in the exclusive Statesman’s Concierge Area, with reserved seating, custom signage, and coordinated details designed to create your special “Party Inside the Party.” And group members are seated together even if tickets are purchased separately.

Common Questions
Who can host or join a Hosted Group?
Hosted Groups are an exclusive amenity reserved for Statesman’s Concierge Pass holders. Every host and every group member must hold a Statesman’s Pass.
Do I have to be in a Hosted Group to buy a Statesman’s Pass?
No. Hosted Groups are completely optional. Independent guests are warmly welcomed and seated in the Statesman’s Concierge Area alongside other independent folks and distinguished guests.
Does it cost anything extra to host or join a Hosted Group?
No. Hosting or joining a Hosted Group is included at no extra cost beyond your Statesman’s Pass ticket.
Can I start or join a Hosted Group after buying my ticket?
Yes. Buy your Statesman’s Pass first, decide later. Use the gold buttons on this page or the Hosted Groups link in your Eventbrite confirmation email.
Can I start or join a Hosted Group before buying my Statesman’s Pass ticket?
Buying your Statesman’s Pass is step 1. Your Eventbrite order number is required to confirm your spot in a Hosted Group, so we can’t finalize your registration without it. The good news: it only takes a couple of minutes to buy your Statesman’s Pass, then come right back and register your group.
How big can my Hosted Group be? Extra perks for larger Hosted Groups?
Groups can be as small as 4. Groups of 10 or more unlock additional perks like personalized table signage with your group’s name. For groups of 20+ or special arrangements, contact us at CountdownAmerica250@gmail.com.
If I buy multiple Statesman’s Pass tickets in one order, will we sit together, even if we’re not in a Hosted Group?
Yes — tickets purchased in one order will be seated together or at a neighboring table. To guarantee seating together (and unlock the full set of group perks), create a free Hosted Group.
If my friends and I buy Statesman’s Pass tickets in separate orders, can we still sit together, even if we are not in a Hosted Group?
Separate orders aren’t automatically linked, so we can’t guarantee seating you together outside a Hosted Group. The fix is simple: create or join a free Hosted Group — it takes 2 minutes and guarantees you’ll be seated together.
Can I join a Hosted Group even if I don’t know anyone?
Yes. Many Hosted Groups form around alumni networks, neighborhoods, professional circles, or shared interests, and welcome friends-of-friends. Browse the public roster of Hosted Groups in Motion and join one that fits.
What happens after I submit the registration to create my own Hosted Group?
We confirm your group within 1–2 business days, add it to the public roster (so others can join you), and send your host an invite link to share. From there, we handle setup, signage, decor, favors, and coordination — you focus on inviting your people.
When is the deadline to create or join a Hosted Group?
There’s no fixed cutoff date to create or join a Hosted Group — but supply is limited and Hosted Groups are filling fast. Once the Statesman’s Concierge Area reaches capacity, we will not accommodate any new Hosted Group requests. The earlier you register, the better your placement.
Deadline for program & stage announcements: To guarantee your group’s inclusion in the printed event program and the on-stage “Toast to the Hosts” announcements, register by June 15, 2026. Hosted Groups created or joined after that date are still welcome, but inclusion in the program and stage announcements cannot be guaranteed.
Will I need my Eventbrite order number to create or join a Hosted Group?
Yes. We use it to verify your ticket and coordinate your seating. You’ll find it in the Eventbrite confirmation email sent the moment you purchase your Statesman’s Pass.
Will my email address or order number be shown publicly?
No. Only the group name and the host’s first name (or company / affiliation) appear on the public roster of Hosted Groups in Motion. Email addresses, phone numbers, Eventbrite order numbers, and private notes are visible only to the event team.
