Hosted Group Tables — Statesman's Concierge Pass Benefit | The Official Countdown 250 Ball | Washington D.C. July 3, 2026

A Statesman's Concierge Pass Benefit

Hosted Group Tables

Attend together. Sit together. Be recognized together.

What It Is

Hosted Group Tables is a new benefit exclusive to the Statesman's Concierge Pass. It lets you attend the Countdown 250 Ball as part of a named group — and be seated with your people in the Statesman's Concierge Area, the event's premium section.

Whether you're an alumni crew, a neighborhood circle, an industry network, or a group of friends who want to experience Independence Eve together, Hosted Group Tables makes it official.

How It Works

1. Purchase your Statesman's Concierge Pass on Eventbrite.

Group membership is a benefit of the Statesman's Concierge Pass, not a separate ticket. No group discounts or held pricing — your Statesman's Concierge Pass is the entry.

2. Choose your group at checkout.

A short question in the Eventbrite checkout asks whether you're joining an existing Hosted Group, proposing a new one, or attending solo.

3. Be seated together in the Statesman's Concierge Area.

Guests in the same Hosted Group are placed at the same table, or adjacent tables for larger groups, all within the premium Statesman's Concierge Area.

4. Mix, mingle, and be recognized.

Your group shares the Statesman's Concierge Area with special guests and All-American Hero Awardees throughout the evening.

Group Size & Seating

Any Size Welcome

Groups under 10

Smaller groups are still part of the program and will be seated together. Depending on total group size, they may share a table with another compatible group.

Host Recognition

Groups of 10 or more

The organizer becomes a Host — with custom table signage, program recognition, and a public toast during the evening (see below).

Recognition at 10 or More Paid Members

Hosts

Organizers whose Hosted Groups reach 10 or more paid Statesman's guests become Hosts — with distinct recognition at the event, in print, and on the record.

A Signature Moment

Toast to the Hosts

During the evening, all Hosts are called to stand — or invited onstage — for a public Toast to the Hosts in front of the full ballroom. A signature moment that honors the organizers who made their groups happen.

Special Guests & Awardees

The Statesman's Concierge Area is where the evening's most distinguished guests gather — including recipients of the All-American Hero Lifetime Achievement Awards, dignitaries, senior government officials, military leaders, and civic figures.

Hosted Groups are seated in the same premium section, with organic opportunities to mix and mingle throughout the night. Hosted Group Tables does not guarantee seating at the same table as any specific special guest or awardee — proximity, not placement, is the benefit.

Don't See Your Group?

If your alumni network, neighborhood, industry circle, or social group isn't on the list yet, you can propose a new Hosted Group during Eventbrite checkout.

Select "I am interested in starting a new Hosted Group" and enter the name you'd like your group to appear under. Once reviewed, your group will be added to the official Hosted Groups list on this page — and will appear in the Eventbrite dropdown for future buyers.

Your Statesman's Concierge Pass purchase is immediate. Group review and approval happen afterward — ticket buying is never slowed down.
