What is the All-American Countdown 250 Ball?

A once-in-a-generation gala celebration launching America's 250th anniversary weekend. On the evening of July 3, 2026, thousands of guests will gather at the Washington Hilton in Washington, D.C. for a night of patriotism, entertainment, and celebration.

When and where is the event?

Friday, July 3, 2026 at the Washington Hilton, 1919 Connecticut Ave NW, Washington, D.C. 20009. The VIP Reception begins at 7:00 PM and the main Ball runs from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

What is the dress code?

Black Tie Optional. Patriotic flair is encouraged!

Is there an age requirement?

All ages are welcome. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. There are no children's discounts. Guests must be 21 or older with valid government-issued photo ID to consume alcoholic beverages.

Is the event rain or shine?

Yes. The event will take place rain or shine, regardless of weather conditions. The event is held indoors at the Washington Hilton.

Tickets & Pricing

How many ticket options are there?

There are 3 ticket tiers: Liberty Ticket, Patriot VIP Ticket, and Statesman's Concierge Pass. Each offers a different level of access and amenities. Corporate sponsorship and premium host packages are also available — contact CountdownAmerica250@gmail.com for details.

Will ticket prices increase?

Yes. Prices will increase very soon, without notice. We strongly encourage you to lock in today's rates.

Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket?

No. All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, transfers, or cancellations under any circumstances.

Are tickets transferable?

Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from the event organizer.

Do I need ID to enter?

Yes. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. Guests must be 21 or older to consume alcoholic beverages.

Event Experience

What is included with my ticket?

Each ticket tier includes different amenities. Please visit the Tickets section on our homepage for a detailed breakdown of what's included with each tier.

Will there be food and drinks?

Yes. The Liberty Ticket includes open bar all night. The Patriot VIP and Statesman's Concierge tiers include buffet dinner during the VIP Reception plus open bar throughout the evening.

What kind of entertainment will there be?

The event features multiple live bands and DJs across multiple stages and dance floors, immersive experiences, roaming entertainers, patriotic Tribute to America performances, and the All-American Hero Lifetime Achievement Awards ceremony.

Is there parking at the venue?

The Washington Hilton offers on-site parking. We also recommend ride-share services. The Dupont Circle Metro station is a short walk from the venue. Additional transportation details will be shared closer to the event.

Hotel Accommodations

Is there a discounted hotel room rate for guests?

Yes. A limited block of rooms has been reserved at the Washington Hilton at a special group rate of $309 per night (plus taxes and fees) exclusively for Countdown 250 Ball guests. This rate must be booked by June 20, 2026 and is subject to availability.

What is included with the hotel room?

The group rate includes a daily $25 food and beverage credit, premium Wi-Fi for up to 3 devices, and a complimentary daily 3-hour Lyft bicycle pass. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

How do I book a room at the discounted rate?

What is the deadline to book at the group rate?

Rooms must be booked by June 20, 2026. After the cut-off date, rooms may still be available but only at the hotel's prevailing rates. We strongly recommend booking early as the block is limited.

Terms & Conditions

1. All Sales Final. All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, transfers, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illness, or dissatisfaction with the event.

2. Weather Policy. The event will take place rain or shine, regardless of weather conditions. No refunds will be issued due to weather.

3. Identification. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry to the event. Guests must be 21 years of age or older with valid ID to consume alcoholic beverages.

4. Minors. All ages are welcome. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. No children's discounts are available.

5. Lost or Stolen Items. The event organizer is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, including but not limited to clothing, jewelry, electronics, bags, or other personal belongings. Guests attend at their own risk and are solely responsible for their personal property.

6. Photography & Media Consent. By attending this event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. All images, video, and audio recordings may be used by the event organizer for promotional, marketing, editorial, and media purposes without compensation or prior approval.

7. Assumption of Risk. Ticket holders assume all risks associated with attending this event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or property damage.

8. Right of Admission. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest from the event at its sole discretion, without refund.

9. Dress Code. The dress code is Black Tie Optional. Patriotic flair is encouraged. Management reserves the right to deny entry based on attire.

10. Changes to Event. Date, time, venue, entertainment, performers, and programming are subject to change without notice. The event organizer is not liable for any changes to the event schedule or programming.

11. Ticket Transferability. Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from the event organizer.

12. Ticket Tier Benefits. Ticket tier benefits and amenities are subject to modification at the organizer's discretion.

13. Liability. The event organizer, its affiliates, sponsors, partners, and the Washington Hilton shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind sustained by any guest before, during, or after the event.

14. Governing Law. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
